  • Persona can answer anything that you load into it. Loading information is easy using the console. You can do it it from your computer or mobile device.. Future updates will include reservation management .

  • If the Agent is unable to provide an answer, it will notify the guest that their inquiry will be forwarded to the site manager or reservation manager. The assigned manager will then personally contact the guest to resolve the issue.

  • Yes, you can review unanswered inquiries and update Persona’s knowledge base to improve future responses.
